Ms. Drake attended the University of Kentucky where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Criminology and Philosophy. She then entered DePaul University College of Law where she graduated Cum Laude with a Certificate in Criminal Law.
While in law school, Ms. Drake interned in the Felony Trial Division of the Cook County Public Defender’s Office and earned CALI Awards of Excellence in Criminal Procedure II: Adjudication and Prosecuting and Defending Criminal Cases: Pre-Trial Litigation Strategies.
Following her second year of law school Ms. Drake began working at Cheronis & Parente as a law clerk where she assisted attorneys with legal research, discovery management, and trial preparation. Ms. Drake joined the firm as an Associate Attorney after being sworn in as an attorney by the Illinois Supreme Court in 2023.
